Project Vigil

Project Vigil exists to give more people a real path to that decision — honest about what is coming, built over 18 months of applied research, documentation, and open-source tooling.
What This Is
Project Vigil is an academic AI governance initiative running February 2026 through May 2027. It is a public resource and a documented personal transformation. Every artifact produced here is free, open-source, and built in the open.
The work covers three layers:
